Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data

All data accessed via Gmail APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS, TLS 1.2 / 1.3 , A-grade) and encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to Gmail data is strictly limited to authorized systems and personnel on a need-to-know basis and protected by role-based access controls. Gmail data is used solely to provide core atsPulse functionality such as syncing candidate communications and is never used for advertising, profiling, or resold to third parties. Gmail data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide atsPulse services. Users may disconnect Gmail at any time, after which all associated Gmail data and tokens are permanently deleted immediately. OAuth access tokens are stored securely, encrypted at rest, and automatically revoked when a user disconnects their Gmail account. atsPulse does not allow employees to access user Gmail data except where required for customer-requested support or legal compliance.
