Job Description
- ✅ Drive business – Achieve monthly/quarterly FYP and revenue targets through bank branches
- ✅ Team management – Recruit, train, and lead 7–15 team members (FOS/Relationship Managers)
- ✅ Bank partnerships – Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank officials
- ✅ Branch visits – Conduct regular campaigning across assigned bank branches
- ✅ Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines
- ✅ Reporting – Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management
