Domain: Retail / E-commerce / Digital Commerce Platforms

Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager leading large, complex technology programs from inception through delivery.

Hands-on experience delivering Order Management System (OMS) programs, including implementations, upgrades, or platform transformations.

Good technical depth with a solid understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns.

Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with business leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and executive sponsors.

Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and program governance skills, with the ability to drive alignment and delivery across diverse stakeholders.
