Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Expert to manage the configuration of the DHL instance and to meet new use cases' requirements. The role is situated in a CLM Program team that supports all use case deployments of Sirion for DHL customer and supplier contracts globally across 220 countries. The ideal candidate has an excellent understanding of CLM use cases, including how AI can support these, strong capabilities in Sirion CLM solution design and configuration as well as proven experience in providing customer centric service to business partners in a large multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Consult, advise and support business partners regarding best practice design and usage of a CLM.

•       Translate business requirements into a technical configuration workbook (requirements engineering)

•       Configure entities and set up organizational structures in the system.

•       Design and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

•       Oversee master data management processes and ensure data integrity.

•       Manage user accounts and permissions within the Sirion CLM solution.

•       Customize UI content to meet user needs and improve usability.

•       Identify harmonization / standardization potential across use cases deployed on the same instance

•       Provide training and mentoring to team members and end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

•       Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Sirion CLM solution (Sirion certifications are required)

•       University degree in a relevant field.

•       Proficient in English, with excellent professional communication skills

Required Hard Skills:

•       Expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, including configuration and administration

•       Excellent knowledge of contract management processes and best practices

•       Proficiency in data management and analysis, including experience with data migration and integration

•       Familiarity with workflow design tools and process automation techniques

•       Experience in user training and support for software applications

•       Experience in design, automation and documentation of testing processes

•       Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles

•       Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Team Structure:

•       The role is situated in a global CLM Program under joint leadership of DHL Group’s Chief Information Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Procurement Officer

•       The CLM Program aims to expand in form of an India based Center-of-Expertise offering deployment project management, system design and configuration and legal clause management to insource all CLM development and maintenance efforts.

•       The candidate will work in a DHL office by DHL IT Services India

•       Employment will be via a non-DHL agent company in India whereby the agent lends the candidate as a contractor to DHL for a minimum guaranteed period on a full-time basis.
