💻 Design, develop, and customize enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Platform

⚙️ Build and enhance solutions across ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), and SecOps (IR/VR)

🔄 Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalogs

🔗 Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications

🚀 Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency

🤝 Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

🐞 Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance

📈 Drive continuous improvement and platform innovation

✅ Must-Have Skills

✔️ 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development

✔️ Strong expertise in ITSM (Mandatory)

✔️ Strong expertise in ITAM (HAM/SAM) (Mandatory)

✔️ Strong expertise in SecOps (IR/VR) (Mandatory)

✔️ JavaScript & ServiceNow Scripting

✔️ Flow Designer & Workflow Development

✔️ REST/SOAP Integrations

✔️ Agile/Scrum Experience

➕ SPM, APM, CSM, or CIM

➕ ServiceNow CSA / CAD Certifications
