- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side scripting.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and guide teams through execution.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholder
