Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM, integrating AI and analytics for improved efficiency.
• Configure and customize the platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, mid servers, and cloud-to-cloud connections.
• Implement and optimize Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation.
• Exp with ServiceNow AI capabilities — Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or Now Assist.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP-based integrations and data migration.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes and configuration
• Exp with Agentic AI / Now Assist implementations.

Good to Have

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Prior experience working with global clients in an Agile setup.
