Role: Senior Test Automation Engineer

Location: Bangalore, pune, indore, Mumbai, chennai

Task Description:

As part of the Test Automation Center of Excellence (COE), the Senior Test Automation Engineer will drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives across critical business applications within DHL IT Services. The role focuses on implementing scalable and AI-driven automation solutions using ACCELQ across SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP platforms.

The candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering automation strategies for complex cross-system business processes, ensuring high-quality releases and improved delivery efficiency across enterprise programs.

This role requires strong expertise in enterprise application automation, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to lead automation activities within large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using ACCELQ.

•       Automate end-to-end business workflows across SAP, Salesforce, ERP, web, and API platforms.

•       Develop reusable automation assets, frameworks, and best practices aligned with COE standards.

•       Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and functional teams to define automation scope and strategy.

•       Drive automation coverage for regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
