Role: Senior IT Expert

Location: Indore

Task Description: We are looking for a Senior IT Expert / Software Developer who can build modern applications and AI driven solutions for improving IT helpdesk operations.

A major part of the role is developing AI systems for automatic ticket classification, intelligent routing, and data based optimization of support processes.

Core Skills Required

Software Development

•       C# expert with strong enterprise backend experience

•       ASP.NET Core expert (APIs, microservices, scalable app architecture)

•       Python expert for automation, backend logic, and ML development

AI & Machine Learning

•       Strong AI/ML expertise in Python

•       Skilled in NLP, text classification, embeddings, transformers, and model evaluation

•       Experience building models for unstructured text such as ticket descriptions, emails, and chat messages

Azure

•       Azure ML expert, including:

o       Training pipelines

o       Managed endpoints

o       Full model lifecycle management

Database

•       SQL Server expert

o       Query optimization

o       Data modeling

o       Performance tuning

Helpdesk / IT Operations Knowledge

•       Understanding of IT service management (ITIL): incidents, priorities, categories, SLAs

•       Experience preparing and transforming real helpdesk datasets

•       Knowledge of helpdesk workflows and support processes
