Job Summary

We are hiring for a Senior Engineer (Electrical – O&M) with 4–7 years of experience in electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation within industrial environments. The role involves supporting operations and maintenance of rocket engine testing facilities, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Systems Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including power distribution, motors, transformers, and control panels
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical testing operations
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

Instrumentation & Automation

• Manage calibration, maintenance, and operation of sensors, gauges, and instrumentation systems
• Oversee PLC and SCADA-based automation systems
• Ensure compliance with aerospace instrumentation standards and accuracy requirements

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce electrical safety standards (IEC, ISO 45001)
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions
• Support test readiness through reliable instrumentation and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• 4–7 years of experience in O&M of industrial plants
• Experience in aerospace, cryogenic systems, or similar industries preferred

Technical Skills
