Job Summary

A Space-Tech Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer – Electrical to design, develop, and execute electrical and control systems for advanced industrial and cryogenic applications. The role involves system design, automation integration, and on-site execution support, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete electrical and electronic systems including control systems, power distribution, and instrumentation networks.
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), load calculations, cable sizing, grounding, and lighting layouts.
• Develop control philosophies, cause-and-effect matrices, and detailed wiring/termination drawings.
• Integrate PLC-based automation systems aligned with process control and safety requirements.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site.
• Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams for system integration.
• Ensure compliance with national/international codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Review vendor documents for LT/HT panels, transformers, MCCs, and switchgear.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during commissioning and operations.
• Maintain electrical documentation including as-built drawings and project close-out reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical design and execution (industrial or cryogenic systems preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, cabling, terminations, and control network architecture.
• Experience with LT/HT panel design, transformer selection, and protection schemes.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients/consultants.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software.
