Role: SAP PM Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support enterprise asset management and maintenance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and a solid understanding of plant maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP PM module for maintenance and asset management processes
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations (requirement gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and support)
• Configure maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
• Manage work orders, notifications, maintenance planning, and scheduling
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FICO, and EWM
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Provide post go-live support and system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management
• Experience in configuration and customization of SAP PM
• Good integration knowledge with MM, FICO, and other modules
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
