We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementor Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across business-critical environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive projects from requirement gathering through deployment and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions and user stories.
• Influence business teams on optimal use of Salesforce capabilities and recommend best practices.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and business logic.
• Build and enhance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, and middleware tools.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and environment refresh activities.
• Manage software releases, deployments, and packaging using structured SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Support production environments and resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluate new Salesforce releases and assess their impact and benefits for business adoption.
• Collaborate with global IT teams, developers, testers, and SMEs to ensure stable and secure system operations.
• Conduct end-user (Top User) training and provide ongoing functional support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data model, and architectural best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong expertise in configuration and development.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and design patterns.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and Connected Apps.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
