Main Skills - AI Implementation 

•       Build and integrate AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein — including Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder

•       Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimise AI model outputs within Salesforce workflows and automate business processes

•       Integrate external AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) via REST APIs where applicable, ensuring secure and governed consumption of AI capabilities

In Addition - 

•       Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events) on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud aligned with project AI program requirements

•       Develop and optimize Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable classes, and REST/SOAP integrations to support end-to-end business processes

•       Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs and data models

•       Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing (minimum 85% coverage), and adherence to Salesforce best practices and DHL development standards

•       Support data migration, environment management, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, SFDX, Git)
