Job Description
- Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and convert business goals into an actionable territory‑wise or channel‑wise sales plan.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales executives; conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and weekly/month followers‑up; generate reports and alerts for missed targets.
- Manage Customer Relations while ensuring the team follows the sales process, compliance, and CRM‑discipline.business.
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, lead‑generation etc
