We are hiring for the role of Recruitment Lead to manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment function across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have strong team leadership skills, hands-on hiring experience, and the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters by assigning requirements, tracking performance, and ensuring hiring targets are achieved.
• Handle IT and Non-IT hiring across various roles, experience levels, and domains.
• Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, share shortlisted profiles, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring smooth and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and follow-ups until candidate joining.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and quality benchmarks across the team.
