External Project Manager (m/f/d) – SCRUM

Identity & Access Management Program 

Program Context

For a large-scale global Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation program, DHL IT Services is looking for an experienced external Project Manager with strong SCRUM and agile delivery experience. The role supports the implementation and rollout of modern IAM solutions in a complex enterprise and securitycritical environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project management of assigned IAM initiatives within the broader IAM program (e.g. Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM, Authentication & Authorization)

Execution of Application Onboarding in IAM space using SCRUM / Agile frameworks, with the ability to operate effectively in hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) delivery models where required.

Close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Application teams (cross functional stakeholders) to ensure endtoend alignment and transparency.

Planning and tracking and reporting of scope, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, risks and mitigations, ensuring feasibility validation prior to delivery commitments.

Ensuring compliance with DHL security standards, IAM architectures and regulatory requirements

Reporting of progress, risks and KPIs to program and senior IT management.

Coordination of external service providers and system integrators

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex enterprise IT programs

Strong background in Identity & Access Management technologies and concepts (e.g. IAM platforms, RBAC/ABAC, identity lifecycle, access governance)

Strong background of complex application onboarding into IAM platforms, including handling legacy applications, integration challenges, and security constraints.

Solid hands-on experience working with SCRUM / Agile methodologies (Scrum Master experience or certifications are a plus)

Experience in security-driven environments with high compliance requirements

Strong handson experience with JIRA, Confluence, and related agile project management and collaboration tools.

Comfortable working with structured reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic and fastchanging environment.
