Task Description: 

•Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in Application support.

*Having good knowledge in logistics business and application

•Proven experience in IT support, incident management, problem management, and change management.

•Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Experience with specific IT support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)

•ITIL certification or similar qualifications

•Practical knowledge of any RDBMS, experience with SQL

•Experience in debugging, automated testing

•Good time-management, organizational, multi-task and prioritization skills
