Task Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Expert / Software Developer with deep expertise in modern application development and advanced AI engineering. A key part of this role is the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that support and enhance IT helpdesk operations — especially automated ticket classification, intelligent routing, and data-based optimization of support processes.

C# Expert with strong experience in enterprise backend development

ASP.NET Core Expert for API, microservice, and application architecture

Python Expert for automation, backend logic, and ML development

AI/ML Expert in Python with strong experience in text classification, NLP, vectorization, and model evaluation

Azure ML Expert including training pipelines, managed endpoints, and model lifecycle management

SQL Server Expert with advanced skills in query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning

AI/Helpdesk Domain Expertise

Experience developing classification models for unstructured text (incident descriptions, email requests, chat transcripts)

Familiarity with NLP techniques such as embeddings, transformers, clustering, and topic modeling

Understanding of IT service operations (ITIL terminology, incident categories, priorities, SLAs)

Ability to transform helpdesk datasets into training-ready
