Position Title: IT Internal Control System Principal Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Indore, Mumbai, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Project Planning and Identification:

•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program objectives.

2.       Onboarding & Training:

•       Design and develop detailed onboarding materials that facilitate the localization of controls based on IT ICS requirements

•       Identify key stakeholders and participants required for the onboarding process, including divisional representatives and control owners

•       Coordinate the distribution of onboarding materials to all identified participants, ensuring timely delivery and accessibility

•       Organize and lead onboarding sessions, providing comprehensive training on the differences between IT ICS 1.0 and IT ICS 2.0

•       Develop and maintain a schedule for ongoing training sessions to keep all participants updated on changes and enhancements to the IT ICS framework

3.       Support and Localization:

•       Provide expert guidance and support to divisional representatives in the localization of controls, ensuring they are tailored to specific operational contexts and requirements

•       Work closely with IT and audit teams to ensure that localized controls are effectively implemented and integrated into existing processes

•       Develop a robust framework for quality assurance.
