IT Analytics Developer 2026 [Must Have : Snowflake, Python, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, SQL]

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Developer with hands-on experience in Snowflake, Python and Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, developing data pipelines, and building interactive data applications and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake, Python and Azure Data Factory on Fabric.

Implement data models to support efficient data warehousing and business intelligence needs.

Develop Python scripts and tools for data manipulation, transformation, and automation.

Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Monitor and improve data quality, reliability, performance and monitoring.

Maintain data documentation, version control, and ensure adherence to data governance policies.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Snowflake (data loading, transformation, performance tuning, security setup, etc.).

Strong experience in writing stored procedures and tasks in Snowflake.

Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric as the ELT tool in use.

Proficiency in Python for data engineering and application development.

Solid understanding and practical application of dimensional modeling techniques (e.g., star/snowflake schema, slowly changing dimensions).

Experience with SQL and performance tuning in large-scale data environments.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and best practices deployment.

Years of experience:

Snowflake & Teradata 2-3 years, the most preferable

Python 1-2 years

Azure and SQL 1-2 years

Good to have experience:

Github Actions, Github Copilot, Terraform, Microsoft Fabric
