We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a large-scale, product-driven manufacturing organization headquartered in Hyderabad. This role will work closely with business and plant leadership to drive people strategy, strengthen workforce capability, and ensure robust HR governance across manufacturing and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic HR partnership and hands-on execution, with prior exposure to manufacturing-led, process-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Leadership Partnership

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business and functional leaders
• Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and workforce plans
• Support leaders on organization design, manpower planning, and productivity improvement

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Manage complex employee relations issues with a balanced and pragmatic approach
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and outcomes
• Coach managers on people leadership, capability building, and team effectiveness

Talent & Capability Development

• Partner with talent acquisition teams to support hiring for critical manufacturing and support roles
• Drive succession planning and talent reviews for key positions
• Support leadership and functional capability development initiatives

HR Operations & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and internal HR policies
• Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Partner with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Culture, Engagement & Change

• Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned to organizational values
• Support change management initiatives linked to expansion, automation, or new product lines
• Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing ethical practices and performance-driven behaviors

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or end-to-end HR Generalist role
• Strong preference for candidates from product manufacturing / industrial organizations
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage ambiguity
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting both shopfloor/plant workforce and corporate teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in multi-plant or large workforce environments
• Exposure to unionized or semi-unionized setups is an added advantage
