About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter | Talent Acquisition | BDE who will support both recruitment delivery and client engagement activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing hiring pipelines, and actively reaching out to companies to pitch staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Source and screen candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain candidate pipeline and trackers

Client Calling & Business Development:

• Call potential client companies to pitch staffing/recruitment services
• Follow up with existing clients on open positions
• Track open positions and ensure timely closure
• Build and maintain client relationships

Operations & Tracking:

• Maintain daily activity reports (calls, submissions, closures)
• Update ATS/CRM with accurate data
• Ensure timely follow-ups with both candidates and clients

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / HR / calling / BDE roles
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic understanding of hiring and recruitment lifecycle

Work Setup

• Remote work (Work from Home)
• Must be available on video calls during office hours

Preferred Skills

• Experience in staffing or recruitment consultancy
• Familiarity with ATS tools (like atsPulse)
• Experience in lead generation or client acquisition

Working Hours :

Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

2nd and 4th Saturday will be off

Note - Because this is a remote role, being available for a video call with Reporting Manager during office hours is a mandate.
