Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support the HR team in onboarding and documentation activities
• Communicate professionally with candidates through calls, emails, and messages
• Assist in posting job openings on various hiring platforms
• Learn and support end-to-end recruitment activities

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
