Dotnet Angular Full Stack Engineer

Position: Lead Software Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore India (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

As a WITS Software Engineer, you will:

· Collaborate within a top-tier software team to refine and expand your skills through Lean/Agile practices.

· Dive into system issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

· Engage in all phases of software development, from design to deployment and continuous improvement efforts.

· Work closely with peers, product management, and architecture teams to innovate and craft elegant software solutions.

· Utilize a variety of learning resources to grow professionally and stay ahead of industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 7+ years of relevant software development experience.

· Experience in Microservices development using C# / .NET Core.

· Experience in web development with Angular.

· A firm grasp of Object-Oriented design and programming.

· Experience with Lean and/or Agile development methodologies.

· A creative mindset and the ability to adapt innovative ideas to existing frameworks.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly.

· A results-driven approach with a knack for identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.

· An eagerness to learn and absorb new knowledge and concepts.

· Responsibility and accountability in all aspects of the job.
