We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee enterprise-wide digital product execution and transformation programs across globally distributed teams.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic delivery management, operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and modern engineering leadership. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving scalable delivery practices, strengthening execution governance, and ensuring successful rollout of enterprise technology initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise products, platforms, and digital initiatives
• Drive execution excellence across multiple programs, teams, and business functions
• Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are consistently achieved
• Manage delivery governance, release planning, dependencies, risks, and execution metrics

Agile & Engineering Excellence

• Strengthen Agile, Lean, DevOps, and modern delivery practices across teams
• Improve release predictability, operational efficiency, and delivery scalability
• Establish governance dashboards, KPIs, reporting structures, and process improvements
• Promote continuous improvement and delivery optimization initiatives

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Platform, Security, and Business leadership teams
• Align execution roadmaps with organizational priorities and technology strategy
• Coordinate across architecture, QA, infrastructure, and engineering functions
• Serve as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders

Governance & Quality Oversight

• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and quality standards
• Support governance controls, audit readiness, and release management processes
• Maintain strong oversight on delivery health, operational risks, and execution quality

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor high-performing global delivery teams
• Drive capability development, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
• Build a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven culture

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale product delivery and transformation programs
• Strong background in software product/platform delivery within complex environments
• Expertise in:
• Agile / Scrum / Lean methodologies
• DevOps & CI/CD ecosystems
• Enterprise applications and cloud environments
• API-driven and integrated technology landscapes
• Delivery governance and operational management
• Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong ability to align business goals with execution strategies

Preferred Industry Exposure

Professionals with experience in enterprise technology, fintech, insurance, healthcare, SaaS, digital platforms, or other regulated industries will be preferred.
