Task Description: 

- Provide on-call standby support during nights, weekends and global bank holidays, in case of emergencies, and on-line work during bank holidays in IN & MY. - Act as Recovery Manager in case of emergency, coordinating teams and BU colleagues towards timely resolution, following the agreed communication protocols. - Regularly attend in presence in the office in Chennai, to collaborate with the other team members. - Actively participate to all operational calls. - Proactively take over unassigned ITSM work (incidents, problems, changes, security) as well as work assigned to teammates on planned or unplanned leave. Proactively report generalised issues to the manager. - Monitor the vulnerabilities and resolve them in time. - Ensure documentation is up to date and email requests to the group are not left unattended.
