Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Chief Platform Architect to lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Twin solutions. The role involves driving technical architecture, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling digital transformation across global projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of digital twin projects across AEC, infrastructure, industrial, and healthcare domains
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation
• Ensure high-quality and on-time delivery
• Act as primary stakeholder interface for project execution

2. Technical Architecture & Leadership

• Define digital twin architecture, workflows, and delivery frameworks
• Integrate BIM, IoT, cloud, AR/VR, and analytics platforms
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, predictive analytics, smart asset monitoring)

3. Team Leadership

• Build and manage high-performance cross-functional teams
• Mentor BIM engineers, developers, data analysts, and project managers
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Translate client business needs into scalable digital twin solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops
• Support pre-sales and business development initiatives

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, cybersecurity, and data privacy guidelines
• Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and delivery benchmarks
• Conduct audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

6. Innovation & R&D

• Lead research in next-gen digital twin technologies
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams for platform scalability
• Identify new opportunities in digital twin consulting

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture or related field
• MBA / PMP / Project Management certification (preferred)

Required Experience

• 10–15 years in AEC / BIM / Digital Twin domain
• Minimum 5 years in leadership / project management roles
• Experience handling large-scale, multi-location global projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Tools: Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, Tekla, Civil 3D
• Cloud Platforms: Azure Digital Twins, AWS, Autodesk Forge, Bentley iTwin
• Technologies: IoT integration, AR/VR, AI/ML, Data Analytics
• Domain Knowledge: Smart buildings, digital twin frameworks, asset lifecycle management
