Evaluate new store locations and expansion proposals based on market potential, investment viability and expected returns.

Improve same-store sales, gross margins, inventory rotation, customer conversion and store-level profitability.

Drive operational excellence, cost optimisation, process standardisation and effective technology adoption.

Build and mentor a strong leadership team and establish a performance-driven and accountable organisational culture.

Monitor business performance through structured MIS, operational dashboards, budgets and clearly defined KPIs.

Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, landlords, business partners, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

Ensure effective governance, statutory compliance, enterprise risk management and sustainable business growth.

Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to the Board and promoters.
