· • Inbound order support: track received, pending, ironed, delivered, returned
· • Outbound customer onboarding & churn‑reactivation calls
· • Sales support & upsell calls (discounts, add‑ons)
· • Complaint logging, triage & resolution (< 24 hrs)
· • Stock‑related inquiries & escalation to Inventory team
· • Pickup/delivery status updates & SLA escalations to 3PL
· • Machine‑downtime reports & maintenance coordination
· • Liaise on employee/pressmen KYC or performance issues
· • Campaign calls & feedback for Marketing
· • Cross‑functional escalations: 3PL bottlenecks, tech bugs, vendor delays
· • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting & data‑entry (CRM/Excel)
· • Maintain 100 % compliance on data quality & documentation
