<p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B growth strategy aligned with the</p><p>organizations objectives to expand enterprise sales, partnership pipelines, and</p><p>organizational footprint.</p><p>• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of corporate and institutional opportunities that</p><p>drive revenue, strategic collaborations, and long-term business value.</p><p>• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, contract closures, and pricing</p><p>frameworks with business partners.</p><p>• Identify, evaluate, and engage with corporate partners, industry bodies, NGOs,</p><p>universities, training institutions, and corporate CSR units.</p><p>• Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships, maintaining regular</p><p>engagement, partnership roadmaps, and growth plans.</p><p>• Represent IGCSM at industry events, trade shows, federations, and business forums</p><p>to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.</p><p>• Lead a high-performing B2B sales and partnerships team across regions, set</p><p>targets, KPIs, performance metrics, and growth objectives.</p><p>• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, operations, and product teams to design</p><p>partnership programs, co-branded initiatives, and customized solutions.</p><p>• Drive internal processes to ensure seamless partner onboarding, project delivery,</p><p>partner satisfaction.</p><p>• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, new</p><p>sectors, and business development opportunities.</p><p>• Provide insights to senior leadership on market demand, pricing strategies, and</p><p>partnership models that enhance IGCSMs competitive edge.</p><p>•</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p><p>Essential</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related</p><p>discipline (MBA preferred).</p><p>• 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or sales</p><p>leadership roles, preferably in education, training, HR services, or a related sector.</p><p>• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, building partnerships,</p><p>and closing complex commercial deals.</p><p>• Strong understanding of institutional and enterprise sales cycles, negotiation, and</p><p>stakeholder management.</p>
