Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Indore, Mumbai, Pune

Task Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse existing legacy systems, processes, and business workflows to understand current-state functionality and dependencies.

Engage with business users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions.

Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for a new target system.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement during the transition from legacy to new systems.

Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate stakeholder reviews and obtain sign-off on requirements and proposed solutions.

Support backlog prioritisation, requirements clarification, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role on system replacement, transformation, or modernization projects.

Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation skills.

Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ability to create user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional.
