Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Blade Analytics Support Engineer / Senior Blade Analyst with strong expertise in wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and failure analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing blade damages, analyzing failure modes, and recommending repair or replacement actions for wind turbine blades. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical capability, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze wind turbine blade damage images and inspection reports to identify failure modes and root causes
• Assess blade condition and recommend repair vs replacement based on standard guidelines
• Support blade-related warranty, repair, and replacement cases raised by customers
• Review and classify blade defects/damages accurately for case processing
• Cross-verify blade details using diagnostic/inspection tools
• Apply standard disposition methods based on severity of blade impairment
• Provide region-specific technical support for blade-related cases
• Maintain reports, analytics, and documentation using Excel, SmartSheet, and MS Office
• Work closely with global stakeholders and support teams across regions

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelors / Master’s in Mechanical, Aerodynamics, or relevant Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Wind Turbine Blade Repair / Manufacturing / Inspection / Analysis
• Strong knowledge of:
• Wind turbine blade structures/components
• Blade failure modes and damage mechanisms
• Blade inspection and repair techniques
• Wind turbine operations

Preferred / Good to Have

• Offshore wind turbine inspection/repair experience
• Experience with Salesforce or similar case management tools
• Knowledge of Python / advanced Excel / SmartSheet
• Experience working with global stakeholders/customers
