We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Okta Workflows, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and ServiceNow automation. The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable automation solutions to enhance identity lifecycle management, security, and IT service efficiency in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Okta Workflows for user onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and de-provisioning
• Implement and manage IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and access governance
• Integrate Okta with ServiceNow for automated ITSM and self-service workflows
• Configure and support SCIM-based integrations, Event Hooks, and API-based automation
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and IT teams to enforce access control and security policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and identity-related issues
• Work in a DevOps-oriented environment supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and best practices on automation and identity platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IAM / Automation roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity
• Mandatory experience in Okta Workflows
• Experience with ServiceNow development or automation
• Solid understanding of MFA, SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), and provisioning
• Experience with SCIM, API integrations, and identity lifecycle management
• Exposure to automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, APIs, workflows)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (hybrid environments)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)
• Experience working in UK / global shift environments
