We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing engaging learning solutions for corporate audiences and converting complex business information into learner-friendly training content.

This role requires expertise in instructional design methodologies, eLearning development tools, and content creation for multiple learning formats including eLearning modules, ILTs, SOPs, and knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client/business training requirements thoroughly
• Design learner-centric training solutions based on audience needs and business goals
• Create macro and micro-level instructional design strategies
• Develop detailed storyboards, learning structures, and content outlines
• Develop engaging learning content for:
• eLearning modules
• Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs)
• SOPs and process documents
• Newsletters and learning articles
• Simplify complex business concepts into easy-to-understand learning content
• Create innovative storylines and learning journeys for corporate training programs
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Developers to create impactful learning experiences
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and instructional effectiveness

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instructional Design principles and adult learning concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and content structuring ability
• Hands-on experience with:
• Adobe Captivate
• Lectora
• MS Office Suite
• Experience in storyboard creation and eLearning development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline
• Prior experience in corporate learning/eLearning domain
• Experience working with LMS/eLearning tools is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in Instructional Design/eLearning development preferred
