We are looking for an experienced Actimize Developer to work on NICE Actimize ActOne applications supporting AML and financial crime compliance for a global banking client. The role involves development, customization, and support of compliance platforms used by large financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support NICE Actimize ActOne applications
• Work on AML modules such as SAM, RCM, and UDM
• Configure and enhance alert types, workflows, and case management
• Participate in implementation, enhancements, and production support activities
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs
• Follow SDLC and Agile processes for development and delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with NICE Actimize / ActOne
• Strong understanding of AML and compliance systems
• Experience with alerts, workflows, DDQ/DART
• Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle / MS SQL preferred)
• Working knowledge of Java / Python is a plus
• Exposure to UNIX/Windows scripting is desirable
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain preferred

• ActOne UI customization using XSL / widgets
• ActOne plugin development
• Experience with REST APIs and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence)
