<p>Bengaluru: 70097-1</p><p>Req ID – 10618253</p><p>Job Title: Platform Architect</p><p>Location : ~HYDERABAD~HYDERABAD~PUNE~</p><p>Skill Required: OT/IoT Security</p><p>Experience Range: 8-10</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Own solution architecture for OTSM program across multiple sites/regions (pilot → scale).</p><p>Define OT service modeling approach (site/line/cell/asset) aligned to CSDM and CMDB standards.</p><p>Design and govern Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change processes tailored for OT constraints (safety, downtime windows, shift ops).</p><p>Define integration architecture and patterns for OT telemetry and alarms into ServiceNow (Event → Alert → Incident/Work Order).</p><p>Lead CMDB strategy: CI classes, relationships, lifecycle, reconciliation rules, data quality controls.</p><p>Ensure security and compliance design (roles, SoD, audit trails, data segmentation, plant network constraints).</p><p>Drive technical governance: design reviews, standards, performance, scalability, release strategy.</p><p>Collaborate with stakeholders: plant operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, cyber security, vendors/OEMs.</p><p>Translate business outcomes into platform design, roadmaps, and executive dashboards.</p><p>Required Skills &amp; Experience</p><p>10–15+ years overall experience with 5–8+ years ServiceNow architecture.</p><p>Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/CM) and enterprise workflow design.</p><p>Deep knowledge of CMDB &amp; CSDM (service modeling, CI relationships, governance).</p><p>Solid understanding of OT environments and terminology: PLC/SCADA, MES, historian, industrial networks, plant operations.</p><p>Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping) is strongly preferred.</p><p>Strong integration design skills (REST/SOAP, MID Server patterns, message queues, webhooks; error handling and observability).</p><p>Ability to design for high volume alert/event ingestion and performance optimization</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
