<p>Functional Skills / Competencies:</p><p>Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core, OTL, Compensation &amp; Benefits mainly, others a plus), including configuration and troubleshooting.</p><p>Ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements and technical specifications.</p><p>Deep understanding of global HR master data, HR processes, and data governance.</p><p>Proficiency in performing FIT-GAP analysis, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and solution design.</p><p>Experience with end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), release cycles, and change management in cloud environments.</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.</p><p>Knowledge of Oracle Agentic AI is a plus</p><p>Ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders in clear and simple terms.</p><p>Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data flows into/from Oracle HCM.</p><p>Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.</p><p>Strong documentation and training development skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Knowledge / Experience Requirements (Divisional experience, Industry / Functional experience, Geographical experience, Special qualifications or certificates):</p><p>Experience in large-scale HR transformations, multi-country HR system rollouts, or global HCM platform support.</p>
