Task Description: JD: Senior Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Automation and Manual Testing, capable of leading a team of senior testers and driving quality assurance across complex projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Performance Testing, a deep understanding of modern testing methodologies, and the ability to implement best practices using the latest tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of senior testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.

•Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for functional, automation, and performance testing.

•Collaborate with stakeholders (Development, Product, and Business teams) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

•Oversee Manual Testing for functional and regression scenarios.

•Drive Automation Testing initiatives using modern frameworks and tools.

•Plan and execute Performance Testing to establish baselines and ensure system scalability.

•Establish KPIs for test coverage, defect leakage, and performance benchmarks.

•Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.

•Stay updated with emerging trends in testing, including AI-driven testing, shift-left approaches, and DevOps/CI-
