Required Skills & Responsibilities

Developing new RICEW components, through Quarterly release development process based on available bandwidth

Performance tuning for custom components

Minor changes in the ad-hoc and custom components

Development of new enhancements and customizations data fixes – after scripts received from Oracle

Knowledge Management: ensuring correct, up-to-date documentation and processes are maintained actively within a central knowledge repository

Create and manage SRs and work with Oracle support to resolve issues.

Follow change request process and SOX controls
