Must Haves

EBS HRMS Technical (Mandatory), Oracle Applications Framework, (Mandatory) and Oracle ADF Application Development Framework (Optional).

Responsibilities

Work on support and enhancements in Oracle EBS R12.1.3 - HRMS Module.

Work with Onsite/Offshore/Customer team and collaborate.

Documentation activity such as MD50, MD70, BR100,etc.,

Responsible for providing technical solutions for HRMS components working with the Project lead(s).

Responsible for working on building custom interfaces , XML Publisher reports, OAF changes, workflows fixing support issues.

Competent to work at the highest level of all phases of Application.

Provide Weekly Status Report to Management.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Oracle apps HRMS technical.

Has an extensive working experience on RICE components

Strong knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, XML publisher, workflows, SQL Loader , AOL components, OAF, ADF.

Should be strong in technical design, development and support experience in Oracle Applications

Experience on working with Oracle HR Modules – Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Leave, Onboarding, etc.,

Knowledge on Migration tools and Versioning systems.

Good analytical, communication and document writing skills

Should be familiar with EBS 12.2

Plan and Perform various test cycles like integration testing, and system testing.
