Go to Jobs > Create New Job, fill in the required details like title, description, and location, and publish. You can also share to job boards and social media from here.

Yes! Head to Settings > Team Management and invite team members via email. Assign roles like recruiter, hiring manager, or admin.

▶ How does the applicant tracking system (ATS) work?

Our ATS lets you manage candidates through stages – from application to offer. Use the drag-and-drop pipeline view for easy progress tracking.

▶ Can I schedule interviews through atsPulse?

Yes, atsPulse integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook. Simply go to the candidate profile and click Schedule Interview.

▶ What kind of reports can I generate?

Access insights on hiring speed, candidate sources, team performance, and diversity metrics. Go to Reports to get started.

▶ Does atsPulse support email and WhatsApp integration?

Yes, you can connect your official email and send interview invites and follow-ups. WhatsApp integration is available in selected plans.

Absolutely. You can sync job postings and track candidate sources directly through our integrated dashboard.

Go to Billing > Subscription Settings. You can manage your plan and view invoices there.
